Usually Saturday exhausts me. Not sure why today is different. I did wake up earlier than normal, put in some time on the treadmill, cooked breakfast with the Daddy, took a shower and then I began cooking for tomorrow. I made two slab apple pies (one for church fellowship tomorrow night), loaf bread because we need bread, French bread for lunch tomorrow and finally Pioneer Woman's Sour cream noodle bake. Judith even made granola bars. I finished around 2:30 and this includes washing dishes. I am amazed. Anyhow, I do not have to make dinner as most of us will be attending a birthday party this evening.
Floors were even mopped today. I am confused. I think it must have been the knowledge that I would be gone all evening and needed to finish earlier. I do work better with a deadline.
