I have a schedule! I sat down with the calendar and planned out our school calendar. It is a start. We will begin school on August 23rd and school for 6 weeks and then have a week off. We will work from this routine and see how it goes.
I am thinking about doing the same thing. I was actually also toying with the idea of doing 6 weeks of school, one week fun unit study(or something), one week off then back to the 6 weeks of school.
