We are having a cold snap here which is really not a big surprise. The temps. are staying around -30 right now but hopefully we will get a little warmer temps. in the next couple of days. For now I am enjoying being home and thankful that I do not have to get out.
Last December/early January we had a long cold spell because I remember missing quite a few Sundays after baby was born because we didn't want to get him out. Now, he is a one man wrecking crew! Fun, but oh so busy.
May the Lord find us faithful.
Amazes me how cold it can get up there! I am thankful you have a snug home and things to keep you occupied. Your comment about chickens made me wonder if you have ever thought of getting your own chickens? My hubby would love them. Not in the cards right now though.
