Monday in Photographs

The blur of Benjamin. Learning to get dressed by himself, he still needs help with socks sometimes.

Oh, that face!

006

All dressed and ready for the chores with his brand new chore pack.

Why yes, that is a bear skull on the bookshelf behind Benjamin, thanks for asking. Don’t you have bear skulls around your house?

Gardening is over, frost has taken over. I was not ready for gardening to be over, everything was harvested except potatoes, which we will harvest this weekend.

The Brussels sprouts for the Queen and her family did not get enough time to reach maturity, I was hoping.

Levi browning his New England pot roast for dinner. Yes, it is moose meat.

Elisabeth made corn muffins, she is seriously double checking that recipe.

The Blessings cooked dinner today using recipes from Massachusetts and Connecticut as a part of our Trailguide to Learning curriculum.

Judith made Boston baked beans

I added smashed potatoes, made from leftover baked potatoes, and gravy. If they were to be graded by taste they would all get an A+! That was one yummy dinner.

  2. Aw, Benjamin! He's getting so big--and with his own chores!

  3. Why do they have to grow up so fast? But at least you have another willing helper!
