L-toast with PB, yogurt, Apple, grapes, mandarin orange- E
D-white turkey chili from the Coers Family Blog- E
Thursday, July 16

D-grilled chicken thighs, salad from the garden!!! and ranch dressing--S
86% dark chocolate
