This and That

The kids found instructions in a magazine for a baseball game, something with coins and playing cards? They enjoy this game, however they play, which was a good time occupier this week since we had many rainy days.

This game was one night after baseball.

It is time for another birthday here on the Last Frontier, Elisabeth turns eleven! If you are a long time reader of this blog you will know the routine so you don’t have to read any further….
Levi and Judith decorated the dining room and the girl’s bedroom door after Elisabeth was sent to bed. Here is what she will see when she awakes in the morning.

She picked the plates which worked wonderfully with her ice cream theme.

More birthday postings after the birthday celebration day. Monkey bread for breakfast!
Oh, and to keep it real around here…my wonderful husband has left home at 11:25 pm to go purchase the one gift that Elisabeth asked for and I forgot to purchase, a yo-yo. He is wonderful husband. I did not ask him to make this late night run to town, he volunteered. I, however, am extremely absent minded.
