That is so awesome! I can't wait until my husband can go hunting and I can fill the freezer. Luckily, in the mean time, he has awesome friends/coworkers who have given him some moose roast & steaks, caribou sausage, and moose burger. In fact, we had crock pot moose roast last night, and I'm going to turn the left overs into moose stew! Congrats to your family!
