Ibuprofen is my new best friend. Without it, I ache. I still feel bad with it but when it wears off, oh my.
I pray I wake up much better tomorrow.

My dear, I thought of you multiple times yesterday. Rest is all I did yesterday. I spent about on hour in the living room and then I went back to bed. A very odd day for sure. Today I feel better.
