My husband returned from his moose hunt and there is moose in the freezer. This afternoon we headed up north to get a closer look at the fall colors. We stopped at the truck stop for dinner. Here the crew is throwing a little football in the parking lot.
The gas pumps at the truck stop, not everything in Alaska is huge.
Benjamin is drawn to puddles.
The trees have turned and the leaves are falling, winter is on its way.
My Blessings
Judith and I
We have very few pictures of the two of us.
Judith kept hiding around the other side of the van from Benjamin, he kept saying, “Where’s my Judoo?”
I had to include this not so clear picture, this guy had some kind of sheep horns on his head and he was sitting on some sort of animal skin…interesting.
Oh I love these! Glad you got your moose! Seems like just this morning I was saying something else about a moose. tee, hee. I need to get my camera back and have my kids take photos of us. That's a good idea. Although I like to be in control the camera most of the time. :-)
ReplyDeleteYeah for MOOSE!
ReplyDeleteI keep driving around just letting the colors sink in. I HAVE to remember to get pictures.
Those colors are so pretty. I'm so glad you have your moose for the year. You really do get into a routine up there, don't you?
ReplyDeleteGlad you have a freezer full of moose!!!
ReplyDeleteThat sounds funny...YOU, heading north - you're already very north. :)
That biker better be careful during hunting season.
